  • General Yoga Classes are $20 casual:  6 class pass for $90: Students, unemployed and concession holders $15 per class

Thursday 10.30am-11.30am  -  Yoga for Emotional Resilience   – a 6 week introductory program

Next Session commences - Thursday March 1,8,15,22,29 and April 5, 2018- 10.30am -11.30am. FULLY BOOKED

Followup Sessions- May 3-June 7 2018 10.30am-11.30am : July 5- August 9 10.30am-11.30am:  October 4-November 8, 2018 10.30am-11.30am

In this specifically designed program, participants are encouraged to explore specific practices for themselves to assist in relieving the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Maximum number of students for this class is four. Cost of this 6 session class is $90 ( $15/week).

Tuesday 5.15pm-6.30pm - General Yoga Class- It's a good idea to call to see if there is a space on the day. Classes start back on Tuesday February 5, 2018.

A yoga class designed to relax the body and to calm the breath , supporting a greater present moment daily awareness and to iron out the kinks of every day life that are held in our bodies. The format of the class is a gentle warm up, some gentle postures and a relaxation to complete the class. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students.

Yoga at Beechmont- Old School Beechmont

Beechmont Road, Beechmont. Demountable Building. Great views. Depending on the weather there is also an opportunity to have part of the class on the grass,overlooking some of the best scenery on the Gold Coast Hinterland. $20/$15 (concession) per 2 hour class. 5 class pass for $75.

Monday mornings only 8am-10am

It's preferable if you bring your own yoga mats and water. Blankets and cushions are supplied.

Private Yoga Sessions

If you can't make a class then why not book for a one on one session. The benefits are that you receive a program specifically tailored to meet your needs- as well as personalised instruction and correction so that you can really get a sense of each of the different yogic practices. Sessions are an hour in length .
