Then come and join your local yoga class.  Classes go for 1.5 hours. To make this a decision a no-brainer, Have The First Class On Me!

Venue: Old Beechmont State School- Beechmont Road, Beechmont. Demountable Building. Great views. Depending on the weather there is also an opportunity to have part of the class on the grass,overlooking some of the best scenery on the Gold Coast Hinterland.

Class Fee: $15 casual, $12 per class if you pay for a full term- a full term is normally 10 weeks

Term IV 2011- beginners and experienced all welcome

CASUAL CLASSES - great for beginners or drop in yogi's &  yoginis.

Monday August 22- October 24 8.30am-10am (10 weeks)

Wednesday August 24- October 26 6.00-7.30pm ( 10 weeks)

ADVANCED CLASS - includes breath and meditation as well as the chance to explore the physical postures in more depth. Bookings required

Monday August 22- September 19 6.00-8.00pm ( 5 weeks)

Monday September 26 - October 24 6.00-8.00pm ( 5 weeks)

PRIVATE SESSIONS

If you can't make a class then why not book a one on one session. The benefits are that you receive a program specifically tailored to meet your needs- as well as personalised instruction and correction so that you can really get a sense of each of the different yogic practices. Sessions are an hour in length .
